Alison is an attorney in the Corporate, M&A and Venture Capital group. She represents clients in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and other corporate matters. Alison’s experience includes representing clients in domestic and international transactions in the healthcare, life sciences, technology and hospitality sectors. Alison is fluent in Cantonese and conversational in French.
