Arianna Caldwell, a member of the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Venture Capital Practice Group, represents corporate clients, including private equity firms, venture capital funds, emerging businesses, and privately and publicly held companies in a wide variety of industries. “Ria” focuses her practice on corporate transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, private securities matters, and business structuring and formation. Ria also has experience advising on corporate governance matters, transactional and international tax matters, and regulatory compliance matters. Her experience includes advising clients with holdings in the U.S., Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
