Daniel J. Cohen, an associate in the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Venture Capital group, works on corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and other investments transactions.  He has experience with joint ventures and partnerships, marketing and distribution agreements, real estate transactions, and licensing agreements. He  also counsels clients on corporate governance matters.
