Hailey Dobin Reichel
Associate
Hailey Dobin Reichel is an associate in Golenbock’s Trusts and Estates practice, with a focus on estate planning and administration. She prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other planning documents, and provides research and support on a wide range of estate and trust matters. She is particularly interested in helping individuals and families understand their options when it comes to planning for the future.
While in law school, Hailey was the co-President of the Cardozo Trusts and Estates Law Society, where she wrote an academic essay titled “Spendthrift Trusts: The Tension Between Testamentary Freedom and Public Policy Concerns,” exploring how modern trust law balances individual intent with broader societal considerations. She was also selected as a Heyman Scholar at The Samuel & Ronnie Heyman Center on Corporate Governance, which provides unique opportunities for students interested in the study and research of legal issues related to business, finance, and economic policy.
