Jacob Chase is an attorney in the firm’s real estate group.  His practice focuses on commercial and residential sales, acquisitions, leasing and financing, where he represents buyers, sellers, borrowers, landlords and tenants throughout New York State.  Jacob advises condominium and cooperative boards in connection with day-to-day operations, unit sales and financing transactions.  He also represents condominium and cooperative sponsors.
