  • Defended a major healthcare provider against discrimination, hostile environment, and retaliation claims brought by a former employee, winning dismissal of all claims on summary judgment
  • Defended a restaurant against its former employee’s discrimination charge in the New York State Division of Human Rights, resulting in a No Probable Cause determination and dismissal
  • Drafted a financial service company’s multi-state employee handbook, covering 10 jurisdictions including California, New York, Massachusetts, Washington DC, and Illinois
  • Won multimillion-dollar jury award against a global credit card company on behalf of its foreign licensee
  • Argued for and obtained dismissal of claims against a NASDAQ-100 software company in a case concerning third-party misuse of software
  • Negotiated a settlement on behalf of a multinational technology corporation in a breach of contract action
