Megan Rockwell, of Counsel in the firm’s corporate group, focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and general corporate matters.  She represents founders, issuers and investors across industries, including hospitality, technology, financial services and consumer products.

Megan has significant experience representing hospitality clients (including restaurant groups and brands, founders, chefs and investors) in a wide variety of corporation transactions including:

• Standalone capital raises for new locations or concepts
• Management agreements with property owners and hotel brands
• Equity incentive grants to key employees and chefs
• Internal reorganizations and roll-ups with an eye towards raising third party capital
