Nathaniel Norman primarily focuses on advising investment banks, private equity and institutional investment funds, commercial banks and corporations in a range of public and private financing transactions, including debt and equity offerings, lending commitments for acquisitions, cash flow and asset-based credit facilities, mezzanine financings, and general corporate matters. Nathaniel has experience with a wide array of industries, including health care and pharmaceuticals, transportation, retail, media and technology, energy and manufacturing.

- Represented a consortium of first-lien lenders financing the $100 million acquisition of a network of cannabis dispensaries in the Eastern United States
- Represented a leading private equity sponsor as borrower in first and second lien facilities in connection with its $1.8 billion acquisition of a healthcare services company
- Represented a consortium of lenders providing $125 million to help a maker of steel bolts fund expansion and future acquisitions
- Represented an alcohol and drug treatment center in connection with a $30 million term loan to be used to build additional treatment facilities
- Represented a consortium of first-lien lenders financing the $115 million acquisition of a bedding supplier with assets in North America and the Far East
- Represented a national oil services company in the refinancing of its $1.5 billion ABL and term loan facilities
- Represented a syndicate of investment banks in connection with a record-setting $30 billion leveraged buyout of a global computer hardware company
