Stephen J. Fallis concentrates his practice in commercial leasing with extensive experience in shopping center and other retail leases, as well as in commercial real estate litigation. He has handled numerous lease and property disputes.  Stephen also has significant experience in the litigation of real estate brokerage actions, on behalf of both brokers and landlord/owners. He has handled many arbitrations and mediations and is a former pro bono mediator for the U.S. District Court, Southern District.
