GEABP Client Tom Colicchio’s “Craft” is featured in a New York Times photo essay


Craft has been the subject of much media attention since chef Tom Colicchio opened it in 2001.  Recently, New York Times staff photographer James Estrin spent several days at the restaurant and produced a remarkable essay, documenting the passion that the chefs and staff bring to their profession and maintaining the well-earned reputation that Craft has as one of the premier restaurants in the city.  The essay can be found here.
