Lift Our Voices co-founders Gretchen Carlson and Julie Roginsky will appear at The National Press Club in Washington to discuss the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act, which was recently signed into law by President Biden. Carlson and Roginsky were instrumental in advocating for passage of the bill and will discuss its implications, how it garnered support from both parties on the Hill, and how this legislation may now become a “model” for addressing forced arbitration of other claims.
