Golenbock Advises Passport in Acquisition of Brand Access


A Golenbock team led by Sarah Kaehler and Arianna Caldwell advised Passport, a leading international ecommerce solutions provider, in its acquisition of Brand Access. This strategic deal strengthens Passport’s ability to help ecommerce brands go global by integrating local managed services like in-country logistics and marketplace management in key regions, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.  Terms of the deal are undisclosed.

The Golenbock team included Corporate Partners Alexander Kaplun and Robert Matz, Corporate Associate Christian Garcia Chavez, Tax Partner Maureen Monaghan, IP Partner Robin Silverman, and Employment Of Counsel Gina Nicotera and Associate Zachary Palomino.
