Golenbock is pleased to announce that Real Estate attorney Jacob L. Chase has been promoted to partner.
Jacob’s practice focuses on commercial and residential development, sales, acquisitions, leasing, and financing, where he represents developers, buyers, sellers, borrowers, landlords, and tenants. He also advises condominium and cooperative boards on day-to-day operations, unit sales, and financing transactions.
Admitted to the Bar in New York and New Jersey, Jacob earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from Cornell University.
