NOMA receives more high praise for its newly reopened restaurant in Copenhagen


GEABP client NOMA and its chef René Redzepi, have continued to receive praise from food critics and commentators on the recently re-opened restaurant in the Christiania section of Copenhagen.  Following favorable reviews last month in Los Angeles Times (Jonathan Gold) and The Washington Post (Tom Sietsema), Pete Wells of The New York Times has recently offered his praise: “Mr. Redzepi and his colleagues have rebuilt the template of high-end, destination dining piece by piece with stuff that has been thought about, considered and chosen for a reason.”
