Sarah Kaehler, M&A/private equity partner in Golenbock’s corporate group, will join an esteemed panel of presenters for Alliott Global Alliance’s North America Leadership Conference in Charleston, SC from January 8-10.
Sarah will give an outlook on the factors shaping the U.S. M&A and private equity middle market in 2025—from foreign investments and antitrust developments to the FTC’s non-compete ban, economic policy shifts, and emerging trends.
