Golenbock to Combine with National Law Firm Spencer Fane
Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe will combine with Spencer Fane, a full-service business law firm with offices across the country, effective February 2, 2026.
The combination simultaneously provides Spencer Fane entry into the largest legal market in the world – New York – while also giving Golenbock professionals access to a combined firm of 700 attorneys and 31 offices across the nation.
