Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe has officially combined with Spencer Fane, a full-service business law firm with offices across the country, effective February 2, 2026.

This simultaneously provides Spencer Fane entry into the largest legal market in the world while also giving Golenbock professionals access to a combined bench of 700 attorneys and 31 offices across the nation.
