Elizabeth Jaffe’s practice involves intellectual property and litigation in a wide range of areas and a broad spectrum of industries. She has represented and counseled clients as diverse as Sharp Electronics Corp., JVC Americas Corp., the Estate of Shel Silverstein, and the Estate of Georgia O’Keeffe. Elizabeth regularly assists clients with enforcing trademark rights against competing trademarks, prosecuting applications and registrations through the USPTO and conducting trademark clearance searches across federal and state jurisdictions. She also represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the TTAB and assists clients with data privacy matters, including drafting website privacy policies and terms and conditions. She has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution, including ICANN proceedings, arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association, private mediations and court-based ADR programs.
