On March 1st Future PLC announced the acquisition of Mobile Nations. Future is a global platform business for specialist media with headquarters in the U.K. Its high growth Media division derives revenue from eCommerce, events and digital advertising and operates in a number of sectors including technology, games, music, home interest, hobbies and B2B. Its Magazine division focuses on publishing specialty content, with a portfolio that includes over 80 regular publications and 520 bookazines spanning technology, games and entertainment, music, creative and photography, hobbies, home interest and B2B. Mobile Nations is a digital publisher focused on consumer electronics, combining content, community and commerce to deliver shopping enablement solutions.
