Electronic trading network Liquidnet Holdings has signed a 15-year sublease with The New York Times Co. for approximately 125,000 sq. ft of office space at its Manhattan headquarters. Liquidnet will relocate from the nearby 498 Seventh Ave., with plans to occupy floors 17 through 20 of the NY Times headquarters. More on this on this lease can be found here.
