Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP announced that Arianna Caldwell joined the law firm as an associate in its Corporate, M&A and Venture Capital Practice Group. Ms. Caldwell focuses her practice on corporate transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, private securities, and business structuring and formation.
Ms. Caldwell represents private equity firms, venture capital funds, emerging businesses, and privately and publicly held companies in a wide variety of industries.
She also has experience advising on corporate governance, international tax, and regulatory compliance. She has counseled clients with holdings in the U.S., Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Ms. Caldwell comes to Golenbock from Preti, Flaherrty, Beliveau & Pachios, LLP after previous stints at Finn Dixon & Herling LLP and Kirkland & Ellis.

Ms. Caldwell earned her J.D. at the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Washington. She chairs the University of Virginia’s School of Law Annual Giving for Northern New England.
