Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP has announced that Kelsey Davis has moved to the firm as an associate in its Litigation practice. Ms. Davis comes to Golenbock from Kirkland & Ellis, where she represented large corporate clients in high-stakes commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
She brings experience managing all aspects of litigation, including drafting court briefs, first-chairing court appearances, preparing for and conducting fact witness depositions and second-chairing expert depositions. Ms. Davis has prepared trial presentation materials and witnesses for defensive depositions and to give evidence at trial. She has performed regulatory investigations on behalf of corporate clients, including conducting witness interviews, and organizing regulatory submissions and presentations.

Ms Davis spent the first five years of her legal career in Australia prior to joining Kirkland in New York. She served as an enforcement lawyer for the Australian Securities & Investments Commission after stints as an associate at Herbert Smith Freehills and King & Wood Mallesons. She also clerked for the Hon. Justice L.G. Foster, Federal Court of Australia inSydney.

Ms. Davis earned her J.D. at Columbia Law School. She received LL.B and B.A. degrees from Australian National University.
