Gina Nicotera represents both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, including hiring and termination issues, leave and accommodation requests, sexual harassment claims and discrimination, WARN statutes, and wage and hour disputes. She provides counsel on employment aspects of M&A deals and guides employers on compliance with federal, state and local employment laws. A seasoned litigator, Gina also appears regularly in New York State and Federal courts as well as in administrative proceedings before the EEOC, NLRB, DOL, and related agencies.
