Golenbock welcomes Steven Weinberger as Of Counsel to the Firm’s Real Estate Group. Steven brings over thirty (30) years’ experience in a broad range of real estate transactions in major metropolitan markets throughout the country from leasing to finance to property purchases and sales. Prior to coming to Golenbock, Steven was in house real estate counsel at two (2) privately-held real estate companies with substantial portfolios consisting of Class-A office buildings, shopping centers and hotels across the United States. He has also served as counsel to various national law firms.
David Rubin, Co-Chair of the Real Estate Department, welcomed Steven to the Firm’s Real Estate Group as a welcome addition.
In addition to his legal practice, Steven provides pro bono legal services to the Pro Bono Partnership, a not-for-profit organization that assists pro bono clients with their real estate challenges and leasing requirements. For nearly two decades, Steven has been recognized for his tireless pro bono work and was, just this year, highlighted as a devoted pro bono attorney in the Volunteer Spotlight published by the Pro Bono Partnership.
